MISSION STATEMENT

It is the mission of the Wisconsin Avenue Church of God Second to effectively minister the word of God to the people of God through teaching, preaching, and outreach. We believe that we are called to address the needs of the total person; as did our Saviour. We strive to lift the name of Jesus in our community and the world in which we live. Our commitment is to praise, worship, stewardship, evangelism, hospitality, compassion, economic empowerment, and development. “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.” Hosea 4:6
